Fax via ADSL

Q:
I have a modem zyxel adsl ligature to my telephone line and to a router and two PC tied to the router. Is it possible to use ActiveFax from this configuration?

A:
Using ActiveFax with just a DSL modem is not possible. What you need in any case is a fax modem or fax board connected to a phone line to send faxes. For technical reasons, DSL modems cannot be used to send/receive faxes.
