Export the transmission protocol to MySQL

Q:
I’m trying to export transmission protocol to a Mysql database via mysql ODBC. Data source has yet been created from Windows control Panel but in menu “Comunication”->”ODBC Database”, field “Data
Source” is blank. Its possible export transmission protocol to a Mysql database? what steps i’m missing?

A:
When the fax server is running as a service, it would be important to create the data source as a System Data Source in the Windows Control Panel, because User Data Sources are not visible to processes running as a service.
