The ActiveFax font, needed to format data fields, is a printer internal font. This means, that this font is only available in combination with the ActiveFax printer. Thus you need to choose the ActiveFax printer as the current printer in your application (i.e. Winword) to make the ActiveFax font available in the font selection window.
Since the ActiveFax font is not a normal font, it is also not displayed in the list of TTF (Truetype) fonts in Windows. Some applications do not display printer internal fonts in the font selection window. In that case it is also possible to manually enter the ActiveFax font in the font selection window.
