How do we get notification of failed faxes or e-mail for a user? And is there data field for this?
A:
It would be possible to automatically create notification emails with the menu Extras / User Administrator / Modify / Notification. If you just want to get an email for failed faxes, you also need to enable the option “Send email notification only for undeliverable faxes” in the menu Extras / Options / General / Extended Options on the fax server. Take care to also configure the address of your mail server in the menu Communication / E-Mail.
